Team members collaborate closely with innovative companies and investors, gaining exposure to cutting-edge business models and emerging technologies.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bishkek City, Kyrgyzstan, open to Lawyers, Junior Lawyers, and Legal Interns. The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, corporate documents, and other legal instruments for businesses, startups, and venture funds. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, analyzing regulations, preparing memos, and supporting client advisory work on corporate, commercial, and technology-related matters. The team member will participate in client meetings, help prepare transaction documents, and assist with maintaining organized case files and internal knowledge bases. Under appropriate supervision, the person in this role will also support process improvement initiatives, including the use of AI tools to streamline routine legal tasks.QualificationsStrong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret laws, regulations, and case law clearly and accurately.Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts, corporate documents, and legal correspondence with attention to detail and clarity.Solid understanding or strong interest in corporate, commercial, and technology law, particularly in the startup and venture ecosystem.Ability to use digital tools and legal software; openness to working with AI-assisted solutions in legal workflows.Effective written and verbal communication skills in a professional legal context; ability to explain complex issues in clear language.Organized work style, reliability in meeting deadlines, and capacity to manage multiple matters simultaneously.Collaborative mindset, willingness to learn, and comfort receiving and applying feedback from more senior legal professionals.For Lawyer / Junior Lawyer: Law degree and, where applicable, local bar eligibility or admission.For Legal Intern: Current enrollment in a law program or recent graduate with strong academic performance.Fluency in relevant local and business languages; prior experience with business, startup, or IT-related legal work is an advantage.In RUИщем начинающего юриста от 0-5 лет опыта.
