Lawyer / Legal Associate

We are seeking experienced lawyers to join our legal team.Key Responsibilities* Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, legal notices, pleadings, opinions, and other legal documents.* Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide practical, commercially focused advice.* Manage client matters independently and coordinate with courts, government authorities, external counsel, and other stakeholders.* Maintain high standards of client service, confidentiality, accuracy, and professional ethics.* Support the firm’s business-development and knowledge-management initiatives.Mandatory Requirements* Minimum five years of post-qualification legal experience.* Prior experience working in a recognised law firm is mandatory.* Excellent spoken and written English, with strong legal drafting and communication skills.* Law degree from a recognised university and appropriate professional qualification.* Ability to independently manage matters, deadlines, and client communications.* Strong analytical, negotiation, organisational, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, multicultural legal environment.Candidates who do not have the required law firm experience and minimum five years of legal experience will not be considered.
