The person in this role will design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems that support business transformation, growth optimization, and AI-powered customer and marketing experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include architecting scalable AI solutions, leading end-to-end model development, integrating neural networks and NLP components into production systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps. The Lead AI Engineer will oversee code quality and software development practices, guide experimentation and pattern recognition for complex data sets, and ensure models are robust, secure, and aligned with performance and compliance standards. This role also involves mentoring junior engineers, contributing to AI strategy, and continuously exploring new tools and frameworks to enhance the company’s agentic AI capabilities.Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, system design, and production-grade coding practices.Proficiency in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, with experience designing, training, and evaluating deep learning models for real-world applications.Hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including modern transformer-based architectures and deployment of language models into products and workflows.Experience leading AI engineering teams or projects, with the ability to define technical roadmaps and coordinate delivery across stakeholders.Fluency in common AI/ML tech stacks (e.g., Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, ML ops frameworks, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP).Background in building agentic or autonomous AI systems, orchestration frameworks, or multi-agent architectures is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is considered.Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to work closely with business, marketing, and product teams in a
