This is a highly hands on engineering role focused on designing, building, and deploying production grade AI applications at enterprise scale.This is not a research or AI consulting role. We are looking for engineers who can take AI solutions from concept to production.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy production AI applicationsBuild scalable backend services, APIs, and AI workflowsDevelop LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI solutionsIntegrate AI capabilities into enterprise platformsDesign production ready data pipelines and microservicesEnsure scalability, reliability, security, and performanceCollaborate with cross functional teams to deliver enterprise AI solutionsMandatory SkillsStrong Python developmentFastAPI, Flask, or DjangoBackend API development and MicroservicesLLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, Agentic AISQL/PostgreSQLDocker & KubernetesAWS, Azure, or GCPProduction AI/ML deployment experienceCI/CD, MLOps, or LLMOpsExperience building end to end AI applicationsPreferred BackgroundSoftware Engineering / Computer Science / Data ScienceStrong backend engineering foundationExperience in Logistics, Retail, FMCG, FinTech, Banking, or large enterprise environmentsExperience owning AI products from POC to Production
