You'll architect, build, and own AI systems that run at enterprise scale.What you'll work on:Design and deploy Agentic AI systems with multi-step orchestration and guardrailsLead ML pipeline simplification and model consolidation at scaleDrive code review culture, clean architecture, and engineering excellenceReduce technical debt systematically using static analysis and quality metricsMentor engineers and establish coding standards and best practicesYou're a strong fit if you have:8–11 years in software engineering, 5+ years in ML/analytics engineeringExpert Python — production-quality, not notebook codeHands-on with Classical ML, NLP, XGBoost, scikit-learnExperience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)Strong code review experience — mandatoryFamiliarity with Clean Architecture, CI/CD, MLOpsSQL proficiency📍 Hyderabad / Bangalore | Hybrid 🏥 US Healthcare RCM | GCC | Product Company
