Join our core AI engineering team to design, build, and scale production-grade AI solutions that redefine how insurers serve their customers. You’ll work on GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, and intelligent document processing—turning bold ideas into robust, real-world systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy production-grade GenAI and LLM-powered applications.Build intelligent AI agents with tool calling, multi-step reasoning, and dynamic workflows.Develop end-to-end document intelligence solutions—including classification, extraction, and summarization.Engineer prompts, structured outputs, evaluation frameworks, and AI guardrails to ensure reliability and compliance.Monitor AI system health: quality, latency, token efficiency, and end-to-end performance.Leverage Azure AI, Microsoft Foundry, and Azure OpenAI to deliver enterprise-ready AI at scale.Build scalable backend services using Python, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL.Integrate with modern AI frameworks like LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, or Semantic Kernel.Manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and Git-based development workflows.Lead AI solutions from prototype and PoC through production deployment and ongoing monitoring.Mentor junior engineers and help define engineering best practices and AI standards.Candidate Profile6–10 years of experience in AI Engineering, ML Engineering, Applied AI, or Software Engineering—with demonstrable GenAI and LLM experience.Strong hands-on Python skills and a proven track record of building AI applications for production.Deep familiarity with leading foundation models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude) and their real-world deployment patterns.Experience shipping AI systems at scale, including system design, observability, and performance optimization.Sharp analytical thinking and a passion for solving complex technical challenges.Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) and how to integrate them effectively into workflows.Bonus: Experience in enterprise workflows or the insurance domain—especially around document-heavy, regulated processes.Why Join Trantor?[Add information regarding benefits and perks here]Skills: python,technology,agents,ci,genai,it,insurance,cd,ai
