Lead Analyst, Business Analyst (TSS-Cloud Application Transformation)

Responsibilities

Capturing/document and structuring use casesAnalyzing and developing functional specification documentsIdentify and capture/document business goals and provide business solution to clientsIdentify assumptions, constraints, issues and risksPlay translator role between users and developersPerform system testing and support users’ acceptance testingOffer system training to usersBe responsible for system implementationBe familiar with insurance businessJob Requirement:Bachelor degree or above in IT related disciplinesMinimum 6 years in progressive IT SectorMinimum 4 years of experience as a business analystAbility to analyze, interpret and communicate business information to both internal and external stakeholders of the projectAbility to build strong relationships with clients and team membersBe familiar with the methodology of requirements development and requirements change managementNice to be familiar with Agile or other software development processExperience with insurance institutions is plusDB and Java developer experience is plus
