Lead Analyst, Process Transformation

A retail business is resetting how it runs. This is a hands-on role for someone who can pick apart a tangled operating model, work out what is actually happening on the ground, and design a cleaner, automation-ready way of working in its place. Once the processes are mapped and cleaned, the AI implementation can then begin.ResponsibilitiesMap the operation as it really runs, spanning merchandising, supply chain, order-to-cash, pricing, POS, fulfilment, returns, CRM, finance and FP&A, using BPMN 2.0, SIPOC and value stream maps to capture actual practice, exceptions and system handoffs.Validate findings through stakeholder interviews, observation and data, setting real baselines for cycle time, error rates, throughput and cost to serve.Design future-state processes with a documented rationale for each change, applying Lean and Six Sigma thinking, and build the ROI case behind it.Screen automation opportunities across the value chain, lead the design of automations that hold up in production, and work with engineering to turn business intent into workable specs.Run large cross-functional workshops to elicit and prioritise requirements, converting them into user stories, acceptance criteria and a sequenced, dependency-aware roadmap.Act as a trusted advisor to executives, running steering committees and alignment sessions, and translating complex findings into language that lands at every level.Requirements15 years in business analysis or process consulting inside genuinely complex, multi-system environments, with real depth in retail operations.A track record of leading substantive process redesign, and hands-on delivery of workflow automation into live processes across multiple systems.Experience taking AI use cases from idea to deployed, measured impact.Working fluency in BPMN 2.0, Lean, Six Sigma, value stream mapping, SIPOC and RACI, plus a track record running workshops and decisions with senior and C-suite stakeholders.Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt are a plus, not a requirement.Salary: AED 40-45k
