Lead Analyst SOC Monitoring Emirati

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Analyst SOC Monitoring to oversee and enhance Security Operations Center (SOC) monitoring capabilities within our Cyber Defense team. The successful candidate will lead real-time threat detection, security incident analysis, investigation, escalation, and response activities while ensuring continuous monitoring of the organization's cybersecurity posture.This role requires strong expertise in SIEM technologies, threat intelligence, incident management, cyber resilience, and security operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex security incidents, improving detection use cases, and supporting SOC environment.Key Responsibilities Lead security monitoring and incident response activities within a 24x7 SOC environment. Investigate, analyze, and respond to security incidents and cyber threats. Perform threat detection, event correlation, log analysis, and incident escalation. Support cyber resilience initiatives and security operations improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen organizational security posture. Develop and enhance security monitoring use cases, playbooks, and response procedures. Provide technical leadership and guidance for SOC operations.Required Qualifications✔ bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.✔ 6-8 years of experience in Cyber Security, SOC Monitoring, Cyber Defense, or Incident Response. ✔ Strong experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC). ✔ Ability and willingness to work rotational 24x7 shifts.Mandatory Certifications 🔹 ISC² Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) 🔹 Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) 🔹 GIAC Certification(s)
