Senior/Lead Analytics Engineer | Up to £100k | Flexible HybridWe're partnering with a growing organisation to find a Senior Analytics Engineer to join their data team. This is a chance to shape how analytics is built and delivered, working with a modern cloud stack and a team that values clean, reliable data.The roleYou'll design and build scalable data models, own key pipelines end to end, and work closely with stakeholders across the business to turn raw data into something people can actually trust and use.What you'll be doingBuilding and maintaining dbt models across the analytics layerWorking across Snowflake and BigQuery to design efficient, well tested data pipelinesPartnering with analysts and data scientists to define data models that support real business questionsImproving testing, documentation and data quality standards across the warehouseMentoring junior engineers and helping shape best practiceWhat we're looking forStrong hands on experience with dbt in a production environmentSolid experience with Snowflake and/or BigQueryStrong SQL skills and a good understanding of data modelling principlesExperience working in a fast paced, evolving data environmentA collaborative mindset and comfort working closely with non technical stakeholdersWhat's on offerSalary up to £100k depending on experienceBonusFlexible hybrid workingA modern, cloud native data stackGenuine scope to influence how the team builds and worksInterested?
