Engage clients and stakeholders to ensure high-quality design outcomes that align with project goals and vision.Key Responsibilities:Oversee architectural design development and integration across disciplines.Responsible of the technical coordination and resolution of complex architectural and interdisciplinary design issues.Lead client meetings and presentations, communicate design intent, and incorporate client feedback.Oversee and manage design teams to ensure design quality, compliance with client’s requirements, and timely delivery of project milestonesDevelop Review and approve architectural deliverables, including specifications, drawings, and reports. Foster collaboration across project teams to meet deadlines and budgets.Promote best practices in architectural design and sustainability.Lead project Submission Deliverables & Milestones and architectural resource allocation.Lead & Support junior and mid-level architects’ professional development and provide regular evaluation reports to Project Managers.Previous experience working on projects in the KSA and Gulf region is preferredFamiliarity with sustainability certifications and Green Buildings Design Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsLead large-scale and complex building projects through all stages up to IFCEnsure compliance with local codes, regulations, and industry standardsManage and coordinate external sub-consultantsunderstanding of planning concepts, budgets principles, and submission workflows/components.Values Alignment:Leads complex tasks, engages clients, demonstrate leadership and accountability, and fosters collaboration, ownership, and innovation.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.10+ years of experience with demonstrated project leadershipAdvanced BIM and visualization skills.Skills and Competencies:Leadership, decision making and responsibilityExcellent communication and collaborationAbility to manage complexity and lead multidisciplinary coordination.Quality and time management Innovation and problem solvingTeam Building and development capability.Kind Note:** While we carefully review all applications, only candidates who meet the specified requirements will be contacted for further consideration.
