Lead Associate - Finance

About the RoleWe are looking for motivated and detail-oriented finance professionals to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Accounting, Record-to-Report (R2R), and other core finance functions. The role offers exposure to international operations, career growth opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform day-to-day accounting and finance operations.Support financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing activities.Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial schedules.Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies.Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation when required.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting-related matters.Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.Support various finance and accounting projects as assigned.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, AP, AR, Financial Reporting, R2R, or related functions.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms will be an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What We OfferCompetitive salary add benefits packageTransport and dinner providedProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesExposure to international business operationsDynamic and collaborative work environment 🌎 Shift: UK Shift (1.30PM - 10.30PM) US Shift (5.30 PM - 2.30 AM)
