Lead Business Analyst

IT Business Relationship Manager | Blisworth (with travel) | Report to the CFO | Contract Type - PermanentAre you the person who can sit in a room with the business on one side and IT on the other, and actually get them speaking the same language?We're looking for an IT Business Relationship Manager to be that trusted bridge. You'll dig into how the business really works, challenge assumptions where needed, and turn messy requirements into practical, scalable tech solutions that people actually adopt.What you'll be doing:Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements, then translating them into real technology solutions (reporting, data, integration, UX)Leading Change Advisory Board (CAB) governance, keeping change documented, prioritised and properly risk-assessedDriving continuous improvement across business systems, automation and efficiencySupporting ERP, reporting, integration and digital transformation initiativesLeading and delivering IT and business change projects end to endHelping shape the IT Systems roadmapWhat we're looking for:A confident communicator who can translate "tech speak" for any audienceA trust-builder who can influence stakeholders at every level: business, IT, third partiesStrong analytical thinker with a genuine curiosity for solving problemsExperience with Change Advisory Boards, process mapping and requirements analysisComfortable with Power BI, SQL and relational databasesBackground in manufacturing, logistics, distribution or supply chain (or similarly complex operational environments) is a big plusDegree in Business Analysis, IT, Data, Business Management or related field; BCS/IIBA certification desirableWhy this role?You won't just be ticking boxes.
