Lead Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst Lead

Location: Mumbai, IndiaKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end business analysis activities including requirement elicitation, analysis, and solution definition.Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria).Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams.Perform AS-IS/TO-BE analysis, process mapping (BPMN), gap analysis, and impact analysis.Support API integration initiatives and system design discussions.Manage product backlog, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and support sprint planning.Coordinate UAT planning, execution, defect management, and production readiness.Define and document GenAI/AI business use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria.Drive digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.Requirements8 to 12 years of Business Analysis experience.Mandatory: Experience in the Insurance domain (Life or General Insurance).Mandatory: Hands-on exposure to Generative AI (GenAI), LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI solutions.Strong experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, BRD, FRD, User Stories, and UAT.Experience with BPMN, process modelling, AS-IS/TO-BE analysis, and API integrations.Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred: Exposure to Enterprise Architecture, Value Stream Mapping, Snowflake/Databricks, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).CBAP, PMI-PBA, PSPO, or similar BA certifications are an advantage.
