Industry: Consumer Products, Food Service, FMCGEngagement type: Enterprise transformation and application consolidation programmeRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to support a strategic application landscape consolidation programme for a global consumer products organisation.Based in Rotterdam, the Lead Business Analyst will act as the primary onsite interface between business stakeholders, technology owners, architects, product teams, regional representatives, and delivery partners.The successful candidate will lead requirements discovery and analysis to understand the current application landscape, identify functional overlaps and gaps, and define business requirements for a consolidated future-state environment.This role requires a strong combination of business analysis leadership, application portfolio understanding, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and experience working in complex, multi-market enterprise transformation programmes.Required Skills and Experience10+ years of business analysis experience, including leadership of business analysis activities within complex enterprise programmes.Proven experience in application portfolio consolidation, application rationalisation, platform migration, or enterprise transformation.Strong understanding of application landscapes, business capabilities, process architecture, data flows, interfaces, and system dependencies.Experience leading discovery and requirements workshops involving senior business and technology stakeholders.Ability to translate ambiguous business objectives into structured requirements, decisions, and executable work packages.Experience working across multiple countries, regions, markets, or business units.Strong stakeholder-management, negotiation, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.Experience coordinating multi-vendor and geographically distributed delivery teams.
