About the role - Lead Business AnalystWe are seeking a highly driven and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in driving requirement discovery, shaping functional solutions, leading cross‑functional collaboration, and supporting strategic business initiatives. The role requires a strong analytical foundation, excellent communication, and hands-on experience working with data platforms and technical teams.Requirement Gathering & Analysis:Interact with clients and senior stakeholders to understand complex business needs, define high‑quality requirements, and translate them into detailed functional specifications.Lead collaborative sessions with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and business teams to ensure requirement clarity and alignment.Data Platform Development:Work closely with technical teams to shape, validate, and enhance data platform solutions aligned with client goals.Define, refine, and track KPIs, ensuring that data solutions map directly to business objectives and value creation.Business Development Support:Conduct market and competitive research to identify new opportunities and support go‑to‑market efforts.Collaborate with the Business Development and Leadership teams to create impactful narratives, proposals, and client presentations.Project Delivery:Lead requirement workstreams, ensure timely delivery of functional milestones, and maintain strong client engagement.Track project progress, identify risks, drive resolutions proactively, and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.Background & SkillsMBA from a reputed institute with specialization in Business Analytics, IT Management etc.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer Science / Information Systems or a related quantitative field.6+ years of total experience, including 4+ years post-MBA in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Strategy Analyst, or Consulting.Experience in IT, SaaS, Data/AI, Cloud Platforms, or Analytics-driven organizations is preferred.Exposure to working directly with clients in US/Europe markets or in roles requiring overlapping work hours.How to ApplyThe role offers very attractive compensation (Base + Bonus) and is based out of Chennai.The candidate should be willing to have overlapping hours with USA based client/onsite team.Please reach out to Chandershekhar Verma (chandershekhar.verma@eucloid.com) if you want to apply.
