Lead Business Analyst

Purpose: Lead business discovery and translate enterprise Party MDM needs into validated requirements and target processes.Plan and facilitate workshops across business areas and group functions.Define requirements, use cases, business rules, ownership, and governance needs.Assess current processes and support prioritisation, traceability, and sign-off.Profile: 8+ years in business analysis, with Party/Customer MDM and banking experience; strong facilitation and documentation skills; Stockholm on-site availability required.
