About Position:We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in business analysis, stakeholder management, Agile delivery methodologies, and process optimization. This role requires the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology teams, translate business requirements into actionable solutions, and drive successful project outcomes. What You'll Do

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements documents, and functional specifications.Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments.Work closely with development, testing, and project teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and implemented.Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Support product owners and project managers in prioritizing requirements and managing project deliverables.Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and validate delivered solutions against business expectations.Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and operational efficiencies.Prepare and maintain project documentation, business process documents, and requirement artifacts.Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings.Provide post-implementation support and end-user guidance when required.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support organizational transformation programs.Expertise You'll Bring:12-15 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Functional Consulting roles.Strong hands-on expertise in Business Analysis, Agile Scrum, and Project Management.Proven experience gathering, documenting, and managing complex business requirements.Extensive experience writing user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and Agile delivery frameworks.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.Strong expertise in business process analysis, workflow mapping, and process improvement initiatives.Experience conducting workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and stakeholder interviews.Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience in Life Sciences domain is highly preferred.Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Low-Code/No-Code platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution validation activities.Knowledge of project delivery methodologies, governance frameworks, and change management practices.Ability to identify business challenges and recommend technology-enabled solutions.Strong documentation and reporting skills.Experience working with cross-functional teams in large enterprise environments.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
