Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts — setting direction, reviewing work, and building capability across the team. Own requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for key initiatives, ensuring quality and consistency of BA deliverables. Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. Work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to bring solutions to life and remove blockers. Define and drive BA best practices, standards, templates, and process improvements. Oversee testing, validation, and stakeholder sign-off across workstreams. Champion data-informed decision-making and clear, actionable communication.
