• Coordinating with stakeholders from various project teams in Financial Markets, agree timelines and funding, manage all governance requirements in close collaboration with technical development manager
• Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
• Document Actions from the workshops and assist with the tracking of the deliverables.
• Prepare Gap Analysis, Business Requirements Documents and Project Approval Requests
• Work closely with SME experts in various areas of the business gaining an understanding of their processes.
• Document and raise any Risks and Issues to the Product Owners, Business owners and Program Management.
• Take part in project testing cycles and assist with the preparation of test packs.
• Understand the functionalities of the current systems and process, and come up with requirements for system/process improvements.- Mentor & guide Python developers & automation engineers in building world class products- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers- Manage a team of 30+ developers & automation engineers- Prepare delivery plan and liaise with Bank stakeholders in executing the plan- RAID management of project- Leverage Gen AI solutions to improve overall productivity and delivery qualityMandatory Skills- 10+ years of overall experience as Delivery Manager or Lead Business Analyst- Must have experience as a Business Analyst in FM Asset Class (Options , Fixed Income , Equities etc) and Trade Life Cycle- Some technical background in analyzing or reviewing code changes- Strong people and stakeholder management experience- Past Experience in Managing a team of 30+ developers ,BA and automation engineersWork Location - RemoteExperience - 10-20 yrs
