Lead Cabin Crew

Lead and supervise cabin crew operations.Ensure the highest standards of VIP service, safety, and passenger comfort.Coordinate cabin crew schedules, duties, and leave arrangements.Manage onboard catering, inventory, and cabin supplies.Monitor cabin-related expenses and ensure cost efficiency.Coordinate with pilots, aircraft operators, and ground handlers.Maintain cabin readiness and oversee pre-flight and post-flight preparations.Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with company procedures

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in private aviation or VIP cabin services.Previous experience as Lead Cabin Crew or Cabin Manager.Experience on Bombardier Global 7500 or similar business jets is preferred.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Excellent English communication skills.
