Lead Cardiovascular Technologist

King's College Hospital London Dubai is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Lead Cardiovascular Technologist to oversee and support the delivery of exceptional cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a skilled team within a multidisciplinary environment committed to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Cardiovascular Technology team.Perform and oversee non-invasive and invasive cardiac diagnostic procedures, including ECG, Holter monitoring, stress testing, echocardiography support, and cardiac catheterization procedures.Assist cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab.Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, international standards, and hospital policies.Monitor equipment performance, quality assurance, and infection control practices.Participate in staff training, competency assessments, and continuous professional development initiatives.Coordinate workflow and scheduling to ensure efficient service delivery.Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.Support departmental quality improvement and accreditation activities.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Cardiovascular Technology, Cardiac Technology, or a related healthcare field.Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as a Cardiovascular Technologist.Minimum 5 years of cardiovascular technology experience, including experience in a Cath Lab environment.Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.Strong knowledge of cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional procedures.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Experience in a JCI-accredited hospital is an advantage.
