As a senior technical and project leader within a system integration environment, the role requires a balance of technical expertise, solution design capability, client engagement, and execution leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets both customer expectations and regulatory requirements.Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of ELV / Security Systems experience
• 4–6 years in a senior or lead role within a System Integrator environment
• Proven experience delivering solutions for:o SME and Enterprise customerso Contracting and construction projectso Multi site and integrated security deployments

Job Responsibilities

1. Project Delivery & Technical ExecutionLead ELV Security System projects from kick‑off to commissioning and handoverAct as the technical authority during project execution, resolving design and site-level challenges2. Customer & Stakeholder EngagementServe as the primary technical interface for:SME and Enterprise customers3. Regulatory Compliance & Authority ApprovalsEnsure all security systems comply with UAE and Emirate‑specific regulations, including:Dubai Police SIRA requirements5. Team Leadership & Capability BuildingLead and mentor Engineers, Supervisors, and Technicians6.
