Lead Consultant (Vena/EPM Implementation) – APACWe're working with a growing EPM consulting firm looking to add a Lead Consultant to its North American team.This is a hands-on consulting role for someone who enjoys owning projects from start to finish, working directly with clients, and helping finance teams modernize their planning and reporting processes.What you'll be doing:Lead end-to-end EPM implementations from discovery through go-liveManage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout projectsConfigure solutions, deliver workshops, and support user trainingWork closely with internal delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomesContribute to implementation best practices as the consulting team continues to growWhat they're looking for:3-4+ years of experience in the Vena/FP&A/EPM space1+ year relevant experience implementing CPM, FP&A, or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions such as Vena, Planful, Prophix, Adaptive, or similar mid-market solutionsExperience leading or owning implementations from beginning to endStrong understanding of finance and accounting conceptsAdvanced Excel skills and familiarity with basic database conceptsExcellent communication and client-facing skillsExperience with modern cloud EPM platforms preferred (experience focused solely on Oracle is less aligned with this role)Why it's worth considering:Competitive CompensationOpportunity to take full ownership of implementationsExposure to clients across the APAC region, with occasional travelJoin a growing consulting team where you'll have a real impact on delivery and client success
