🚀 WE’RE HIRING | Lead Consultant – Oracle Fusion Financials & Procurement (Functional)📍 Location: Dubai, UAE🏢 Company: Teamware Solutions💼 Level: Lead Consultant🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time🎯 Experience: 15–23 Years🌐 Domain: Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP | Finance | Procurement | Retail🌟 About the RoleTeamware Solutions is looking for an experienced Lead Consultant – Oracle Fusion Financials & Procurement (Functional) with strong hands-on functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement to own the functional stream of a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP program.The role will cover the complete functional lifecycle, including business requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, migration validation, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation support.The ideal candidate will be primarily functional but technically well-versed, with the ability to independently configure and troubleshoot Fusion Financials and Procurement, collaborate effectively with technical teams on integrations, reports, and data loads, and validate technical outputs against business requirements.Knowledge of Oracle AI capabilities for Fusion Applications, including AI Agent Studio (Fusion AI Studio), will be an added advantage.🎯 Key Responsibilities🔹 Own the functional design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement from requirements through business sign-off.🔹 Lead functional solutions across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Procurement.🔹 Conduct requirements workshops, process walkthroughs, and design review sessions with Finance and Procurement business teams.🔹 Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and practical solution designs.🔹 Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend standard-first, configuration-led solutions before considering customization.🔹 Partner with technical teams on integrations, extensions, reports, and data loads, including functional specifications, design reviews, and validation of technical outputs.🔹 Support the Oracle Fusion implementation roadmap and post-implementation change portfolio, including enhancements, quarterly release impact assessments, regression testing, and business readiness.🔹 Contribute to Oracle EBS/eBiz → Oracle Fusion Cloud migration initiatives, including as-is/to-be process mapping, FBDI-based data conversion validation, and reconciliation.🔹 Support cutover and go-live activities, including cutover runbooks, mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, go/no-go criteria, and go-live support.🔹 Drive post-implementation hypercare and stabilization, including functional defect triage, prioritization, and knowledge transfer to BAU support.🔹 Engage with business and IT stakeholders, coordinate with SI/vendor teams, and mentor junior functional consultants.🧠 Must-Have Skills✅ 12+ years of Oracle Fusion Functional Consulting experience✅ Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials & Procurement✅ Expertise in GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management & Procurement✅ Strong experience in functional configuration, solution design, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis✅ Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations✅ Proven experience in Oracle EBS/eBiz → Fusion Cloud migration✅ Strong experience in FBDI-based data migration validation and reconciliation✅ Experience with cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation support✅ Strong production support, incident triage, RCA, and SLA-driven resolution experience✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership skills⭐ Good to Have➕ Oracle AI Agent Studio / Fusion AI / AI/ML capabilities➕ Retail / multi-entity / multi-currency enterprise experience➕ Experience in end-user training, process documentation, and change management➕ Oracle Cloud certifications in Financials or Procurement🎓 QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline.Oracle Cloud certifications in Financials or Procurement are preferred.💎 Why Join?🚀 Work on a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP transformation in the Retail industry🤖 Contribute to Oracle Fusion AI and automation initiatives🌍 Collaborate with business, IT, and global SI/vendor teams📈 Drive Finance and Procurement transformation through Oracle Cloud ERP
