You will define end-to-end core architecture strategies, lead complex multi-vendor integrations, and serve as the principal technical authority across EPC, 5G Core, and IMS domains — ensuring every solution is resilient, scalable, and built to the highest standards of carrier-grade reliability.In this role you will play a key role in:Architecting and owning end-to-end mobile core network solutions across EPC, 5G Core, and IMS domains, including subscriber management, policy and charging frameworks, and gateway functions, ensuring carrier-grade resilience and scalability for mission-critical private network environmentsDefining comprehensive core network architecture strategies including capacity planning, redundancy models, and geo-resilience designs, translating complex SLA requirements into robust, future-proof technical solutions that meet the highest standards of availability and performanceLeading multi-vendor integration across RAN, transport, OSS, MCX, and security domains, managing technical interdependencies and ensuring seamless end-to-end interoperability across the full network stack in large-scale deployment programsProducing high-quality High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) documentation, operational runbooks, and technical reference architectures, ensuring that all solutions are thoroughly documented and ready for operational handoverDriving vendor technical and relationship management, acting as the primary technical interface with key technology partners, evaluating vendor capabilities, influencing roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with program objectives and customer requirementsLeading customer engagement activities at a senior technical level, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders, presenting architectural recommendations with clarity and confidence, and translating complex technical concepts into business-aligned outcomesManaging and mentoring the core network engineering team, providing technical guidance, fostering a culture of engineering excellence, and developing the next generation of core network talent within the organizationSupporting deployment, performance readiness criteriaYour ProfileWe are looking for a technically exceptional and strategically minded core network leader who brings deep domain expertise, proven delivery experience, and the gravitas to lead in complex, high-stakes environments.12+ years of experience in telecom core network architecture, with a strong and demonstrable background in mission-critical network environments and a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex core network programs from architecture through to deploymentDeep technical expertise across EPC, 5G Core, and IMS technologies, including thorough knowledge of subscriber management, policy and charging systems, gateway functions, and the end-to-end mobile core architecture in both standalone and non-standalone 5G configurationsExtensive experience leading large-scale, multi-vendor core network deployments, with the ability to manage complex technical interdependencies, drive vendor alignment, and ensure seamless integration across RAN, transport, OSS, MCX, and security domainsStrong proficiency in IP networking, routing protocols, and security controls, with the ability to design and validate transport and security architectures that underpin mission-critical core network platforms with uncompromising reliabilityDemonstrated ability to translate SLA requirements into robust technical solutions, with experience producing HLD/LLD documentation, operational runbooks, and capacity and geo-resilience strategies for carrier-grade network environmentsProven senior stakeholder management and customer engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at executive level, influence architectural decisions, and communicate complex technical strategies with clarity and authorityStrong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience building, guiding, and mentoring core network engineering teams in fast-paced, multicultural, and high-pressure delivery environmentsExperience working in or with KSA-based telecom operators or service providers is highly advantageous, with familiarity of the regional deployment landscape, operational expectations, and the strategic
