Location: Remote (UK)Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 + Benefits (DOE)Are you a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant looking to join a growing Microsoft partner that genuinely puts customers firstWe're looking for an experienced Senior Business Central Consultant to play a key role in delivering transformational ERP projects for ambitious, scaling businesses across the North West and beyondThe RoleAs a Senior Business Central Consultant, you'll lead client engagements from discovery through to implementation, working closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify opportunities for improvement and deliver successful Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.You'll be trusted to build strong client relationships, provide strategic advice and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead workshops, discovery sessions and business process reviewsGather, document and analyse business requirementsDesign and configure Dynamics 365 Business Central solutionsProvide best practice guidance across finance, operations and supply chain processesProduce functional design documentationManage client expectations and project deliverablesSupport user acceptance testing, training and go-live activitiesAct as a trusted advisor to clients throughout their digital transformation journeyMentor junior consultants and contribute to practice developmentWork collaboratively with developers and project teams to deliver successful outcomesAbout YouYou'll have:Significant experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementationsStrong consulting and stakeholder management skillsExcellent knowledge of business processes across Finance, Operations, Distribution or ManufacturingExperience leading workshops and requirements gathering sessionsStrong documentation and communication skillsThe ability to translate complex business challenges into practical solutionsA customer-first mindset and passion for delivering valueMicrosoft certifications (desirable)What You'll GetCompetitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 depending on experienceHybrid and flexible working optionsExposure to exciting transformation projectsGenuine opportunity to influence and shape a growing businessOngoing professional development and certification supportCollaborative, supportive and entrepreneurial cultureClear career progression opportunities
