We're not just manufacturing electric two- and three-wheelers; we are building an interconnected mobility ecosystem.We are seeking an enterprise leader to establish and run our Digital Innovation Factory as Lead – Data, AI & PMO.Reporting directly to the CIO, you will lead a high-visibility mandate spanning Enterprise Data Platforms, Industrial AI/GenAI, Process Automation, and C-suite Portfolio Governance. This is an architect-and-executorship role for a transformer who can run a data transformation with absolute commercial discipline.What You Will OwnThe Enterprise Data Architecture: Evolve our ecosystem into a high-performance, real-time Cloud Data Lakehouse powering analytics from factory floors to connected vehicles.AI & GenAI at Scale: Move beyond sandbox concepts to deploy production ML (predictive quality, supply chain optimization) and GenAI architectures (RAG, LLM agents).Hyperautomation: Automate high-friction enterprise workflows using RPA, IDP, and low-code integrations.Strategic PMO & Capital Governance: Own the technology portfolio strategy, vendor ecosystems, and multi-crore investment budgets with clear ROI tracking.Business Transformation: Partner directly with the CFO, COO, Plant Heads, and SCM leadership to solve enterprise bottlenecks using intelligent data products.Who We Are Looking For15+ Years of Experience: A track record of leadership in Enterprise Data, AI Transformation, and Tech PMO within Automotive, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Top-Tier Management Consulting.Technical Depth + Executive Gravitas: You can debate data modeling, SQL query optimization, and RAG pipelines with engineering squads, then turn around and justify CAPEX/OPEX returns to the Board.Core Tech Fluency: Exposure to Cloud Data Warehouses (Databricks/Snowflake/Azure), SAP S/4HANA integration, Enterprise Power BI, UiPath/Automation platforms, and Agile frameworks.Education: B. Tech/B.E. in CS/IT/ECE from a top institute; MBA from IIM/ISB or equivalent preferred.
