Apply & track with Apply EdgeJOB DUTIESTeam Leadership & Delivery: Lead a team of Data Analysts to deliver analytics projects, dashboards, and data-driven solutions, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery across multiple project streams.Analytics & Dashboard Development: Lead the continuous development and improvement of dashboards for cross-channel marketing and sales engagement, ensuring insights are relevant and actionable for different markets.Data Analysis & Insights: Drive cross-customer, product, and country insights through collecting, parsing, managing, analyzing, and visualizing large datasets.Business & Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with business, product, engineering, and other stakeholders to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and analytics objectives aligned with business needs.Client & Business Development Support: Work closely with clients and Business Development teams to understand external analytics needs, support pre-sales and post-sales activities, and contribute to building long-term client relationships.Analytics Solution & Problem Solving: Lead the team in solving new business problems using appropriate Data Analytics and Data Science methodologies and concepts.Data Quality & Governance: Ensure data accuracy, appropriate data modelling, data cleansing, schema management, and identification of relevant data attributes across analytics solutions.Predictive & Segmentation Analytics: Guide the application of predictive modelling, statistical analysis, and segmentation techniques to generate insights and support business and sales decisions.Process & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve analytics processes, tools, dashboards, and user experience, while evaluating relevant technologies and analytical approaches.Issue Resolution & System Integration: Oversee and promptly address analytics and system-related issues. Collaborate with vendors and relevant stakeholders to resolve integration challenges and ensure reliable operation across systems.Knowledge Sharing & User Enablement: Support knowledge sharing and provide technical training to users, ensuring analytics solutions and insights can be effectively understood and utilized.Insight Communication: Translate complex datasets and analytical findings into clear business insights, recommendations, and storytelling materials for internal and external stakeholders.JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree, ideally in a highly analytical/numerical subject or equivalent experience.5+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, at least 1 year experience in Team LeadStrong experience in data modelling, data cleansing, schema handling, and identification of relevant data attributes.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in data visualization and BI tools, such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.Strong experience in SQL and analytical tools for working with large datasets.
