Job DescriptionLead multidisciplinary team in the development and deployment of AI-driven personalized health solutions.Take ownership on the full cycle of ML and AI initiatives from ideation to execution.Hands-on involvement in data analysis, prototyping, and validation to support product development.Focusing on impact and continuous delivery connecting the models and science to business value.Develop a strategic vision for product growth and research initiatives.Identify opportunities for expanding product capabilities through new technologies or partnerships. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration among the team.Required Skills5+ years of hands-on experience in development of ML models with experience of productizing in real world use cases, high standard performance at scale.Proven track record of developing and launching healthcare/medical models and AI based products.Strong leadership skills, capable of mentoring and developing talented team members.Ability to effectively communicate complex technical topics in English to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving and time management skills.
