We serve PACE participants, nursing and assisted living residents, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through our mobile and portable dental model.About The RoleThe Lead Dentist serves as the clinical leader for the St. Louis market while continuing to provide direct patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dentist who enjoys both clinical dentistry and mentoring other providers.You will spend 2-3 days providing patient care and 2 protected administrative days leading and developing the market's clinical team.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive, preventive, restorative, surgical, emergency, and prosthetic care to geriatric, medically complex, and special needs patientsServe as the primary clinical resource for dentists and hygienists within the marketConduct chart audits and ensure providers meet Enable Dental's clinical and documentation standardsMentor, coach, and support dentists and hygienists through case consultation and ongoing developmentParticipate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and performance management of clinical team membersPartner with Clinical Team Managers to support efficient scheduling, equipment, supplies, and daily operationsRepresent Enable Dental with facility and PACE partners when neededHelp ensure consistent, high-quality patient care across the entire marketQualificationsDDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited programActive, unrestricted Missouri dental licenseActive DEA registration and current BLS certification5+ years of clinical experience2+ years of experience supervising, mentoring, or leading cliniciansExperience with geriatric, special needs, PACE, nursing home, or medically complex patients is preferredMobile or portable dentistry experience is a plusWhy Enable Dental?Join a mission-driven organization where you can continue practicing dentistry while developing other clinicians, elevating quality of care, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of underserved patients.$200,000-$250,000 salary + bonus | Full-Time | St. Louis, MO | PTO options available
