You’ll work closely with the Practice Manager to help maintain clinical standards, contribute to team development and support the continued growth of the practice.What You’ll Be DoingIn this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:Deliver high-quality general, restorative and cosmetic dentistryLead, mentor and support other cliniciansHelp maintain strong clinical standards and best-practice patient careContribute to team development and practice growthWork closely with the Practice Manager on clinical and practice initiativesSupport a positive and collaborative team cultureContribute to ongoing clinical development and peer learningAbout YouWe’re looking for a Dentist who:Holds current AHPRA registrationHas strong clinical experience across general dentistryHas confidence across a broad range of clinical presentationsHas a genuine interest in mentoring and developing other cliniciansHas strong communication and patient care skillsWorks collaboratively and contributes positively to the wider teamCan lead by example and support a high standard of clinical careYou may already have previous leadership experience, or you may be an experienced Dentist ready to take the next step into clinical leadership.About Perth Central Dental CentrePerth Central Dental Centre is a well-established 5-chair practice located directly opposite Perth Train Station in the heart of Perth.The practice is supported by a team of more than 30 professionals and provides general, cosmetic, restorative and surgical dentistry to an established patient base.
