This role will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA Engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality technology solutions are delivered efficiently and aligned with business objectives.🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software applications and platforms.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to developers and engineering team members.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions.
• Review existing systems, applications, and codebases to identify technical improvements and modernization opportunities.
• Establish coding standards, development practices, architectural patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure software development follows established quality and security standards.
• Design and develop scalable applications, APIs, microservices, integrations, and backend services.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical stakeholders on system architecture and technology decisions.
• Work closely with QA teams to establish effective testing strategies and ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and production reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, application defects, and production incidents.
• Monitor application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Lead technical discussions, solution reviews, estimation sessions, and development planning activities.
• Break down complex requirements into technical tasks, user stories, and development deliverables.
• Manage development priorities, technical dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, API documentation, and development standards are maintained.
• Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, libraries, and development tools to improve engineering productivity.
• Identify opportunities for automation, refactoring, system optimization, and technical debt reduction.
• Support cloud adoption, application modernization, digital transformation, and system integration initiatives.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and contribute to their technical growth and career development.
• Work with stakeholders to communicate technical risks, project progress, solutions, and recommendations.✅ Requirements
• Proven experience in Software Development, Application Development, Software Engineering, or a related technical role.
• Strong experience leading software development teams or technical delivery initiatives.
• Excellent programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, clean code, and scalable application development.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs, microservices, integrations, and distributed applications.
• Strong knowledge of databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
• Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, version control, testing, and software delivery practices.
• Experience with automated testing, code quality tools, monitoring, and application performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, collaboration, and team-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions under deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
