Lead Developer (.NET and React)

Our client is building the first AI agent-powered audit platform, fundamentally transforming how audits are performed while enhancing the overall experience for clients. They are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to coordinate a team of developers and testers and contribute hands-on to the development of this innovative platform.Skills and Requirements:Very good command of English for daily communication with international teams and clients.Strong consultant mindset, with the ability to propose innovations, explain the reasons for change and guide non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work effectively with teams operating in the US time zone.
