Lead Digital Business Analyst – Wealth & Private Banking

We are currently partnering with a well-stablished financial institution here in Singapore to find a Lead Digital Business Analyst for their expanding Digital Wealth and Private Banking division.This is a highly strategic, high-visibility role. You will be helping to steer a multi-million-dollar portfolio of digital transformation initiatives across the APAC region including rolling out next-generation self-serve equities platforms, overhauling private banking digital journeys, and integrating Gen-AI solutions for high-net-worth clients.What you’ll be driving:The Strategic Bridge: Act as the ultimate linchpin between Regional Product Owners and the Technology delivery squads (Architects, Developers, QA).End-to-End Requirements: Translate abstract product visions into rock-solid, executable functional requirements, complex L2 process flows, and highly detailed user stories.Agile Delivery & Prioritization: Partner deeply with Product Owners to manage massive backlogs, guide sprint planning, and justify feature prioritization based on business impact.Regional Rollout: Assess operational impacts across multiple country markets, ensuring local operations teams are fully equipped and ready for major platform cutovers.Quality & Traceability: Oversee the testing lifecycle, driving UAT strategy and ensuring seamless traceability from original vision to final deployment.What we are looking for:Deep Domain Expertise: You speak the language of Wealth Management, Private Banking, and Digital Trading platforms fluidly.Senior Gravitas: This is a VP-equivalent role.
