Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads and improve ROI. Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and advertising dashboards. Monitor marketing KPIs, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and campaign effectiveness. Develop engaging digital content and collaborate with creative, content, and design teams. Conduct market research and competitor analysis, with a strong understanding of UAE consumer behaviour and market trends. Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and maximize return on investment. Lead and coordinate digital marketing team members, agencies, and external partners. Prepare regular performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.
