Lead .NET Backend DeveloperW2 Only Local Only Location: Hybrid – DFX TX (Remote Monday & Friday | Onsite Tuesday–Thursday)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Backend Developer to support the development and integration of enterprise HRIS applications. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will collaborate with managers, architects, and both onshore and offshore development teams to design, build, and maintain scalable backend solutions.
