The candidate should also be able to manage a small development team, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.Note: Experience with Delphi and developing Finance and Accounting applications is a big plus.Locations: Lenexa, KS (or) Topeka, KS (or) Lubbock, TX (in-person interview)Required Skills:Expert-level proficiency in .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, and related Microsoft development technologies.Advanced knowledge of Azure services, cloud-native application architecture, and enterprise development practices.Expertise in designing and implementing microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed application architectures.Strong understanding of software design patterns, secure coding practices, application integration patterns, and scalable development principles.Proficiency in Azure DevOps, source control management, deployment automation, and release management processes.Strong knowledge of CI/CD methodologies, DevOps practices, and automated deployment strategies.
