Lead EDI Implementation Specialist(Seeburger/Opentext)

Execute end-to-end EDI onboarding for new customers/trading partners on the OpenText platformConfigure and test EDI maps, transaction sets, and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, VAN, etc.)Validate data mapping and transaction flows against customer and business requirementsTroubleshoot onboarding issues and escalate complex problems as neededMaintain accurate documentation of configurations, test results, and onboarding statusCollaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, customer service, IT) to ensure smooth go-livesFollow established implementation processes and contribute suggestions for process improvementQualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)8-12 years of experience with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and implementationGood understanding with EDI/B2B integration platforms (OpenText, SEEBURGER, or similar) preferredStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsGood written and verbal communication skills
