This role will own the end-to-end design and implementation of AI-driven backend systems where LLMs, tools, and data interact dynamically. The role requires strong hands-on engineering capability along with the ability to define system architecture, guide implementation, and operationalize agent-based workflows in production environments.ResponsibilitiesArchitect and build agentic AI systems (multi-agent workflows, tool usage, memory, planning loops).Design and develop scalable backend services using Python.Lead integration of LLMs with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.Define semantic layers and data models optimized for AI-driven applications.Design cloud-native systems (GCP preferred) with focus on scalability and reliability.Evaluate and implement agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, Google ADK, or similar.Guide team members on leveraging AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.).Translate ambiguous product requirements into structured technical solutions.Own system performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.Qualifications7+ years of hands-on backend / platform engineering experience.Required SkillsStrong expertise in Python and distributed systems.Must have- Demonstrated hands-on experience building or implementing Agentic AI systems (multi-step agents, tool usage, orchestration) in production or advanced prototypes.Experience integrating LLMs into production workflows.Strong understanding of modern data platforms (Snowflake / Databricks).Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and strong system design and architectural thinking.Preferred SkillsExperience with LangGraph, Google ADK, or similar agent frameworks.Exposure to RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases.Experience designing semantic layers for AI-driven systems.Familiarity with AI evaluation, observability, and safety practices.Pay range and compensation package
