Lead Engineer – Civil Procurement

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop procurement plans for civil packages and identify long-lead itemsPrepare technical requisitions, RFQs, and tender documentsLead technical bid evaluations and make award recommendationsPrequalify and manage civil vendors and subcontractorsCoordinate inspections, vendor submittals, and delivery trackingIdentify cost savings and procurement risksLead and mentor the civil procurement teamSupport local content (IKTVA) targetsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in civil engineering8+ years of experience in civil procurement (EPC, industrial, or construction)Strong knowledge of civil materials and standards (SBC, ASTM, ACI)Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systemsKnowledge of the Saudi supplier marketFluent English.
