Company Description Synpath AI builds an AI workforce for manufacturing operations, providing specialized agents that take on repetitive tasks for planners, estimators, and production teams. These agents manage RFQ estimating, production planning, urgent order checks, material delay responses, and operational coordination around the clock. Synpath AI integrates directly with existing ERPs, emails, spreadsheets, and documents, avoiding new portals or complex configuration and working like digital colleagues. The platform autonomously reads requests, checks constraints, compares historical jobs, identifies affected orders, recommends actions, and updates workflows, with human approval where needed. This enables manufacturing teams to quote faster, plan more intelligently, respond to disruptions earlier, and focus on higher-value decisions that require human judgment.Role Description As a Lead Engineer at Synpath AI, you will own the technical design and delivery of core platform features that power our manufacturing AI agents.
