Lead Engineer - Hybrid Melbourne CBD - $180,000 - 200,000 + Super + Bonus  An established enterprise software business backing a serious step up in its engineering capability, as part of a wider expansion. This is a Lead role with genuine weight behind it, real architecture ownership and a direct hand in shaping technical direction from day one.
