The role focuses on analyzing performance data, troubleshooting issues, and working with cross-functional teams to optimize recycled water systems.General Responsibilities:Policy, Procedures, Process and SystemsEnsure the compliance of organization’s policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls in line with group delegation of authority policy so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.ReportingEnsure that all reports are completed timely and comply with the business policies and standards.Manage the preparation of periodical management reports and progress reports to keep the business senior management informed about the progress of various initiatives and to facilitate decision-making.Comply with organization’s requirements in a timely manner.Job Specific Responsibilities:Lead assessments of recycled water asset performance, ensuring compliance with KPIs, environmental standards, and operational goals.Lead the development of long and short-term business plansLead the development of the business need and business case to support business plans.Lead the Review of Annual Maintenance Plan with Yearly and Monthly Monitoring.Conduct detailed analysis of recycled water performance data to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of solutions to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of recycled water assets.Coordinate closely with operational and maintenance teams to resolve performance issues, minimize downtime, and ensure asset reliability.Investigate system failures and inefficiencies through root cause analysis, implementing preventive measures to reduce the likelihood of future incidents.Provide technical leadership and guidance on initiatives related to the performance of recycled water assets, ensuring best practices are followed.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of performance data, generating detailed reports for review by senior management.Stay informed about emerging trends in recycled water management and incorporate new technologies and methods into asset performance strategies.Ensure recycled water assets consistently meet or exceed established performance standards, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.HSE, Security, and Risk Protocols:The Employee shall adhere to all the HSE, Security and Risk Management Rules & Procedures communicated by the company, including:Taking reasonable care of their own health, safety, and security.Taking reasonable care of the health, safety and security of persons that may be affected by their acts or omissions at work.Co-operate with their employer with respect to any instruction and/or actions taken by the employer to protect the employee and/ or comply with HSE and security requirements.Report to their immediate line manager any situation which they have reason to believe could present a risk, hazard, or issue to an individual or the company and which they cannot correct themselves.Report all HSE and security incidents and work-related injuries.Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided at the workplace that supports the interest of HSE, security and welfare.What are the most essential duties/responsibilities?Lead the design, development, and continuous enhancement of water asset performance dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.Update the existing asset risk assessment, asset health indices estimation and criticality evaluation and implement monetization models to support investment planning and risk-based decision-making.Drive digital transformation initiatives for water asset strategy & performance team.Explore asset condition assessment technologies and develop annual and long-term condition assessment programs to support informed asset intervention strategies.Develop, prioritize, and optimize pipeline replacement and rehabilitation programs using condition, performance, risk, and lifecycle cost data.When required, lead a team for root cause failure analysis (RCFA), gather date from the site and recommend corrective actions.Participate in regulatory reporting submissions and provide technical assessments and clarifications to ensure compliance against regulatory requirements and performance targets.Support the VP with technical comments including but not limited to pipes performance, pump stations performance, smart network, water quality, digital trends, etc.
