Lead Executive - HR Generalist

Job purposeWe are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to support a range of HR activities across employee engagement, recruitment coordination, employer branding, and HR administration. This role will work closely with different HR teams and stakeholders to support ongoing people initiatives and ensure a positive employee experience.The ideal candidate should be organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple HR-related activities simultaneously.Key responsibilitiesSupport the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, internal eventsSupport Port City entity related HR coordination and administrative requirementsCollaborate within the HR team on various HR projects, initiatives, and process improvementsSupport recruitment activities including sourcing coordination, interview scheduling, and maintaining recruitment trackersAssist with employer branding and university outreach initiatives including career fairs, campus engagement activities, and social media campaignsMaintain HR records, trackers, and employee-related documentation with accuracy and confidentialityLiaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support HR-related activities and eventsEnsure timely follow-ups and effective coordination across multiple HR functions and teamsManage and maintain HRISKey competenciesBachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR, recruitment, employee engagement, or HR coordination rolePrevious experience in a KPO/BPO, or multinational environment will be an added advantageStrong interpersonal and communication skills in English (written and verbal)Good organizational and coordination skills with strong attention to detailProficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word will be an added advantage
