Apply & track with Apply Edge🚀 Hiring: Lead Faculty - Technology & AI📍 Dubai, UAE | On-site💼 Full-Time | Permanent🎓 Department: Education - Technology & AI Programme📈 Job Level: Mid-Senior Level👤 Reports to: Program Director💰 Salary: CompetitiveABOUT THE ROLE:Lead the academic and technical standard of NextWave's Technology & AI programme, combining teaching, mentoring, assessment, internal verification and faculty leadership within a practical twelve-week programme.PROGRAMME PATHWAYS:AI Productivity and Content; No-Code Automation; AI-Assisted Product BuildingKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:* Set and maintain the technical standard across the three programme pathways.* Deliver live sessions, build demonstrations and technical clinics.* Mentor participants through the twelve-week build and provide specific, evidence-based feedback.* Assess participant submissions against published rubrics and maintain clear evidence and audit trails.* Lead internal verification, sampling and recurring standardisation.* Line manage assigned trainers, assessors and mentors and report progression, risk, achievement and outcomes to the Program Director.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:* Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, data science, artificial intelligence or a closely related discipline, plus a Bachelor's degree.* At least six years of professional experience in technology delivery alongside development of other people.* At least two recent years hands-on with large language model tooling and no-code automation platforms.* Production command of Make, Zapier, n8n or equivalent, including exceptions, alerting, permissions, fallback and maintenance.* Experience with Bubble, Airtable, Retool or equivalent, plus testing, defect triage, privacy and human-approval controls.* Recognised teaching qualification plus relevant assessment and internal quality assurance capability.SELECTION & EVIDENCE:Shortlisting requires a workflow or application running in production, demonstrated live, with its failure modes, safeguards and maintenance history.WORKING CONDITIONS:Up to 48 hours per week, subject to applicable UAE Labour Law and company policy. Six-month probation. Benefits are provided in accordance with company policy and applicable employment terms.
