Lead Frontend Engineer | $190k – $210k + Super + Bonus | Sydney – Hybrid | Angular, TypeScript, AIWe're partnering with a leading Australian financial services organisation on the hire of a Lead Frontend Engineer to help build a completely new B2B platform from the ground up.This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll own the frontend architecture and technical direction, making decisions across SPA vs micro-frontends, state management, performance, browser architecture, security and engineering standards.What they're looking for:Deep frontend engineering experience across Angular and TypeScript, with the ability to make and defend architectural decisions across large, complex applications.AI is a major part of how the team builds. You'll help guide how AI is used across the engineering lifecycle, defining specifications, architectural principles and guardrails, then directing and validating AI-generated development.
