Lead Full Stack Developer – Java & React

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop full-stack web applications.Design and develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot.Develop responsive front-end applications using React.js.Build and integrate REST APIs and Microservices.Work with SQL/NoSQL databases.Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Mentor and guide junior developers.Work closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams.Participate in technical design and architecture discussions.Follow Agile/Scrum development practices.Required SkillsStrong experience in Java and Spring Boot.Hands-on experience with React.js.Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.Experience with REST APIs and Microservices.Good knowledge of SQL databases.Experience with Git and CI/CD.Knowledge of Docker and Cloud platforms is an advantage.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
