The role involves owning product areas end-to-end, from technical planning and development to testing, deployment, and production support.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn features and product areas from scoping and technical specification to production deliveryWrite technical plans/specifications before development and follow TDD and automated testing practicesDevelop scalable backend services using Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy 2.0, PostgreSQL, Alembic, Pydantic v2, Celery, and RedisBuild modern frontend applications using React, TypeScript, Vite, TanStack Query, and Tailwind CSSWork with Docker, AWS, CI/CD, and E2E testingUse AI coding agents such as Claude Code or similar tools in daily developmentReview and validate AI-generated code for quality, security, and correctnessCollaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutionsProvide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with developmentRequired Skills7–10 years of professional software development experienceStrong full-stack development experience with Python/Flask and React/TypeScriptStrong experience with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy 2.0, and REST APIsExperience with Docker, AWS, CI/CD, automated testing, and TDDHands-on experience with AI coding agents / AI-assisted developmentStrong problem-solving and product ownership mindsetNice to HaveExperience with pgvectorExperience building LLM applications or AI/GenAI pipelinesExperience with multi-tenant SaaS applications
