The Lead Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications and services across front-end and back-end stacks. Responsibilities include leading technical design discussions, reviewing code, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices, and guiding the implementation of secure, performant solutions. The role involves collaborating with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, as well as mentoring engineers and contributing to architectural decisions. The Lead Full Stack Engineer will also help improve development processes, support production systems, and drive continuous improvement in quality, reliability, and delivery speed.Qualifications Strong full stack development experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, or .NET).Proficiency in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and integration with microservices or cloud-native architectures.Experience with databases and data access patterns, including SQL and NoSQL systems, query optimization, and schema design.Knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps practices, such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring/logging tools.Background in software architecture, design patterns, code quality, testing (unit, integration, automated), and secure coding practices.Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams, mentor developers, and collaborate effectively with product, QA, and operations.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in supply chain, enterprise platforms, or large-scale B2B applications is
